In times of international turbulence and the erosion of alliance cohesion, the question of whether Europe can defend itself is entirely valid. We present to you a report that will attempt to answer this question, as well as outline the latest political trends, arms and defense financing programs, the potential of European NATO member armies, and identify capability and capacity gaps.
